"While I stayed at The Makai Beach Lodge for three weeks I saw the new owners replace all of the mattress' and were starting to replace all of the guest room doors. The Makai Beach Lodge is beautiful and the staff are awesome. I walked out of my patio door and there was the beach, not even 30' away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone."

I was sad that Linda and Gary are no longer the owners but I like that the new owner is investing in the restoration of Makai.
